"I called Rick with questions and concerns about a smell coming from my septic tank but he was on a job so asked to call me back, within 30 minutes he returned my call. I was thinking my tank might need to be pumped out. He listened to what was going on and told me that it in fact does not need to be pumped out and told me what to do to solve my problem. Rick is very smart, courteous and very personable. I would recommend him any day and I will be using his services when needed"

"I reached out to these folks to help me with pumping my parents’ RV. Mom and Dad were here visiting from Ohio in their RV, and Dad was hospitalized. We didn’t have a way to take the RV somplace to dump it. Over the next 4 weeks, Rick, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive in helping us until Dad was better and able to get on the road home. I was very impressed with how willing they were to help. Rick was very fair in his charges and also very kind and concerned about Dad. I would recommend Tri-County to anyone, and will be having them back out to service the system on our home as well. Thank you very much for your help, kindness and professionalism!"
