"I reached out to these folks to help me with pumping my parents’ RV. Mom and Dad were here visiting from Ohio in their RV, and Dad was hospitalized. We didn’t have a way to take the RV somplace to dump it. Over the next 4 weeks, Rick, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive in helping us until Dad was better and able to get on the road home. I was very impressed with how willing they were to help. Rick was very fair in his charges and also very kind and concerned about Dad. I would recommend Tri-County to anyone, and will be having them back out to service the system on our home as well. Thank you very much for your help, kindness and professionalism!"

"I called TCS at 4 pm on a Friday because our holding tank was full. They came out that day at 6 pm that day so we wouldn't have to stress out the next day because it was for a business. That is customer service. Would use them again...thank you."

"Being new to owning a home with a septic tank we called another company to come out to empty our system, that other company were a no show. So we found and called tri-county. And im glad we did! They came out next day and did an amazing job. Very professional. Came on time and very friendly and informative. A Pleasure to do business with. Definitely will be recommending them to our friends and family!"
